HPS · Hydraulic Power Systems is an OEM-focused manufacturer of custom-made hydraulic cylinders in Konya, Türkiye, supplying machine builders across Turkey and Europe with telescopic, industrial and project-specific cylinders. In our 20,000 m² plant we manufacture hydraulic cylinders only: every step from design to pressure test is in-house, with full traceability from raw material to dispatch.
How we work
Single-facility production
CNC machining, chrome plating, MIG/TIG welding, assembly and pressure testing are done at HPS.
Customer-drawing engineering
For applications outside standard series, design from customer drawing, load profile or existing supplier sample. Prototype approval → small batch → series production.
Full traceability from raw material to test
Every cylinder is pressure- and leak-tested in our own plant. With an ISO 9001 quality system and CE conformity, traceability runs from raw material to delivery under one hand.
Hydraulic cylinder expertise
