Manufacturer's EC Declaration of Conformity under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, provided on request. Hydraulic cylinder scope: tipper, forklift, crane, waste vehicle, concrete pump, manlift and related applications.
Quality management system certification. Audits design, production and sales processes against ISO 9001:2015 standards. Renewal confirmed on request.
Legal trademark registration of HPS. Registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office under Nice classification 07 (machinery), 12 (vehicles), 35 (advertising) and 37 (construction services).
Eurasian Economic Union conformity mark. Mandatory for the CIS market. Issued on customer request.
Factory test report for tube (DIN 2391-2 ST52 / E355), rod (CK45 / 42CrMo4) and plating (hard chrome ~30 µm, ≥ 20 µm). Raw-material supply certificate is traceable.
Before shipment, every cylinder is pressure-tested up to 1.5× its rated pressure. The test report is delivered to the customer in the shipment file.
We can arrange these as needed, for example an ISO 9227 salt-spray report from an accredited laboratory.
Six-stage traceability from raw-material intake to shipment dispatch. Each stage produces a certificate or test report; the complete file is delivered to the customer together with the shipment.
The HPS test procedure is carried out against 3 international standard references. The scope and reporting format of each test procedure is detailed below.
Sealing + static pressure test at up to 1.5 times the rated pressure. Hold under proof pressure per ISO 10100 (typically ~10 s). Visual leak + pressure drop check.
Fatigue life test of metal body + head + base. Arranged per customer spec. Test result observes cracking or permanent deformation.
General safety rules for hydraulic power systems. Proof test pressure, pressure limitation, sealing safety requirements.
Standard titles are a dimensional reference; certificate documents are issued per product and shared together with the customer product spec file.
