• Product family, technical specifications and message submitted via the form

Purpose of data processing

Carrying out the request-for-quotation (RFQ) process, providing engineering feedback, maintaining commercial communication, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Retention period

Data submitted via the form is retained for a maximum of 24 months; at the end of this period it is automatically deleted or anonymized.

Data transfer

Personal data is not shared with third parties. Within the scope of the quotation process, limited sharing may take place only among HPS group companies and for export logistics.

You may exercise your rights to learn whether your personal data is processed, and to have it corrected, deleted, or to object to its processing by contacting sales@hpsystems.com.tr .
