Six steps from consultation to delivery
Consultation & Needs Analysis
We clarify the application, load, working pressure, stroke, mounting type and environment together. We start from your drawing, or from the application if you don't have one.
Technical Drawing & Spec
Our engineering team prepares the technical drawing and specification (bore, rod, stroke, mounting and port details) for your approval.
CAD & Calculation
A 3D model is built; push/pull force, buckling limit and seal selection are calculated. Dimensions are validated against the application.
Material & Seal Selection
Body DIN 2391 ST52, rod CK45 / 42CrMo4 hard-chrome plated. Seal brand selected to customer preference.
Prototype & Approval
A sample is produced, tested at 1.5× nominal pressure and submitted for your approval. Series production only begins after sign-off.
Series Production & Delivery
CNC machining → welding → assembly → pressure test on every cylinder → packing and shipment. Direct export to 35+ countries.
Fully built to your spec
Bore, stroke, pressure, mounting type, port position and seal brand: every specification is free. The customer provides the spec, we build to it. Including types not found in standard catalogues.
