Manufacturing under one roof.
Five in-house production steps from raw material intake to the pre-shipment pressure test. Full traceability in place.

Production flow
01Material & CuttingDIN 2391 / EN 10305-1 honed tube and hard-chrome plated rod, cut to length per order and labelled. EN 10204 3.1 certified supply.
02CNC MachiningTurning, milling, drilling: chip removal under coolant. Calibrated machines.
03MIG / TIG WeldingWelding of barrel + head + base + flange + port. Certified welders, pressure-vessel-grade seams.
04AssemblyIntegration of rod, barrel, seal set, port and end fittings. Seal selection per application.
05Pressure TestEvery cylinder passes a 1.5× rated pressure test. Test certificate included in the shipment file.
ISO + DIN + EN applied across the production process
The HPS production flow complies with international hydraulic cylinder standards. The standards below are applied on every shipment; test reports are shared on request.
Acceptance test
Every cylinder passes a seal-tightness + static pressure test at 1.5 times the rated pressure.
Fatigue test
Cyclic pressure endurance test, carried out on request in dedicated OEM approval processes.
Safety requirements
Compliance with hydraulic power system safety requirements across design + production.
Material certificate
Rod and tube raw material is accepted with a manufacturer's certificate. The chemical + mechanical property report is retained.
Tube raw material
All cylinder barrels are sourced as DIN 2391 ST52 / EN 10305-1 E355 cold-drawn seamless honed tube.
Mounting dimensions
ISO 6020-2 dimensional compliance on standard series: spare cylinder dimensional compatibility.
Certified raw material → HPS in-house production
Honed precision tube and hard-chrome-plated rod are sourced as finished material from certified suppliers: the tube as DIN 2391 ST52 and the rod as a certified CK45 / 42CrMo4 bar. From this calibrated material HPS produces the finished cylinder through CNC machining, MIG/TIG welding, assembly and pressure testing, with full traceability.
Telescopic stage tube: the outer surface of every stage tube must be hard chrome plated. HPS performs this plating itself on its dedicated in-house chrome plating line.
